How It Works
  1. Log in to your Formstack account, go to your form, navigate to Settings > Integrations > CRM, and click to add HubSpot.
  2. Go to the integration settings, add your Hub ID, and log in to HubSpot to authenticate your account.
  3. Select a HubSpot user and HubSpot form, and then map the HubSpot fields to fields or values on your Formstack form.
